Measures for retrieve ball rate increasing of condenser cleaning device with sponge rubber ball

Abstract

Abstract: Turbine condenser is important equipment in thermal power plant, cleanliness condition of condenser tube wall of water side is of very significance with regard to optimum vacuum of condenser and the economical efficiency of the unit. The condenser cleaning device with sponge rubber ball for 135MW unit were introduced, the reasons of low retrieve ball rate were analyzed, the measurements were proposed, and after the reformation, retrieve ball rates have gotten increasing obviously.
