Abstract: The maintenance and management mode of the first in home 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler was introduced. The maintenance strategy for boiler body was proposed. The offline diagnosis and the online supervision were combined, and the risk management and life evaluation were carried on actively. These measures had actively promoted the optimized maintenance and management of equipment and raising the health level of the ultra supercritical boiler, and can be used as reference for other ultra supercritical boilers in equipment management.
