Abstract: Based on the noise source and noise propagation path control, the relevant technical measures were adopted in the newlybuilt cooling tower of Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Generation Corporation Limited to control the noise from the aspects of noise output, the propagation and the receiving, which has made the environment noise around the power plant to be in accordance with related control standards. 

