Variable frequency speed control of condensate pump

Abstract

Abstract: The energysaving principle of variable frequency speed control for condensate pump, the connection of the frequency convertor and the protection configuration were introduced. The advantages of the variable frequency speed control of the condensate pump was analyzed; the problems existing in operation of the variable frequency speed control system was analyzed too, and the treatment method was put forward. By using the variable frequency speed control technology, the cost of the unit operation and maintenance were reduced, and the purpose of energysaving and emission reducing was realized, and the economical and social benefits of the enterprise were increased. 
