Abstract:

In benchmarking management year, in the aspect of that how to reduce the comprehensive house service consumption rate, the Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant developed embedded and meticulous benchmarking work. By inspection, analysis and experiment, the existing problems were found, effective measures were adopted, the comprehensive house service consumption rate had been reduced, and the targets of energysaving and consumption reducing and enhancing production management were realized.
