Analysis and reformation of cooling water system of Songling cylindrical slag cooler

Abstract

Abstract: In the 2×300MW unit of the Guangdong Shaoguan Pingshi Power Plant (Plant B) extension project phase III, the problems existed in the initial installation of the cooling water system of the slag cooler for the circulating fluidized bed boiler were analyzed. Aiming at the problems occurred in operation, the cooling water system had been reformed for two times. The experiences of the reformation were summarized in this paper. 
