Abstract: Combining the practical experience with the theoretical research result, the functions of the realtime supervision information system (SIS) in production management of the power plant and the thought of the system design were studied. It was expounded that how the data information of the production control system is utilized effectively by the management layer of the enterprise. The hardware configuration of the SIS, including the structure of the network, the direction of the data flow, the function station, the interface machine and others, was analyzed. At last, the application effect of the system at present was evaluated.
