Abstract: In the turbine set rolling start process, the vibration is main parameter of the shaft system operation monitoring. If the vibration occurred and has not been treated in time, then the equipment may be damaged. Proper treatment can avoid effectively the equipment damage accident. The reason of the vibration of the 300MW unit No.1 of Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited occurred during a warm start process was analyzed, and a treatment scheme was put forward.
