Abstract: Based on the analysis of the conventional hoisting scheme for boiler drum combining with the physical condition, the hoisting sequence for #1 boiler steel frame and drum of Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited was optimized to reach the goal of reduction of erection time and enhancement of work efficiency.
