Reformation of pH meter and densitometer in FGD absorption tower

Abstract

Abstract: The data of the seriflux densitometer and the pH meter in wet FDG absorption tower are important parameters for FGD system operation supervision. The installing locations of the densitometer and the pH meter are very important for decreasing the wear of the devices and the maintenance cost and for enhancing the safety and the reliability of FGD system operation. The seriflux densitometer and the pH meter of the 300MW unit FDG absorption tower in Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited were reinstalled in new locations. The successful experience of the location reformation was presented in this paper.
