Abstract: Through carrying out benchmarking, energysaving, technical update and energyloss analysis,etc., Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited allocated all kinds of internals resources efficiently to warrant the unit operation in the manner of safety, environmental conservation, economy and stability, increase energy ultilization ratio, decrease energy consumption, optimize energysaving management, therefor，resourceusage ratio has been increased, operation costs have become lower, the core competition and management level of enterprise have gained improvement.
