Abstract: In order to reduce the energy consumption and enhance the electricity production efficiency, the Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited selected the fuel management of thermal power plant, which is the weakness in the enterprise management, as the special topic of the effectiveness supervision of the enterprise. The effectiveness supervision obtains favorable economic benefits and social effects, and may provide a reference for enterprises in their effectiveness supervision.
