Reformation of electric roller of bucket wheel reclaimer

Abstract

Abstract: The faults were occurred frequently in operation of electric roller of bucket wheel reclaimer. The problems were analyzed. A reformation method for roller driving part (the motor, the decelerating drive gear and the control part) was put forward. After the electric roller of the bucket wheel reclaimer had been reformed, the problem of frequent damage of the electric roller was solved; the service life of the roller was lengthened; the maintenance load was decreased; and favorable effect was obtained.
