Analysis on fault reason of oil turbine pump in lubricating oil system of 600MW steam turbine and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: In startup process of the 600MW unit of Sichuan Guang′an Power Generation Company Limited, the fault of oil turbine booster pump in lubricating oil system of the steam turbine occurred, which caused the main oil pump to operate abnormally and the lubricating oil pressure to be low; then the unit starting up process had to cease. The reasons of above problems were analyzed; the relevant preventive measures were put forward, which can be used as reference for handling similar problems.
