Abstract: In the 660MW unit of Huadian Xinxiang Power Generation Company Limited, the fuel measurement was inaccurate; and in startup and stop processes of the mill, there was larger deviation between the air flow in accordance with the unit capacity and the fuel quantity actually fed into the furnace. These problems caused larger disturbance for coordination control system. By using the soft sensor technology and the modeling method, the automatic fuel control system was optimized, and better effect was obtained.
