Analysis on reason of larger vibration of belt conveyor driving device and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: In the coal handling system of 2×300MW project of Fujian Huadian Zhangping Thermal Power Generation Company Limited, the vibration of the C-4A belt conveyor driving device in first single test run was exceeded the standard seriously. The vibration reason of the belt conveyor driving device was analyzed; and it was pointed out that the main reason of the vibration is that the strength of base and support of the driving device is not sufficient. The support of the driving device had been reinforced, and the fault was eliminated. 
