Analysis on fault of steam drum water level indicator in initial startup stage and prevention

Abstract

Abstract: Taking several kinds of steam drum water level indicator frequently used in Heilongjiang Huadian Fulaerji Power Generation Company Limited as the examples, the working theory of the steam drum water level indicators and their common faults in different conditions were analyzed. Combining with the serious consequences caused by abnormal operation of steam drum water level indicator in boiler startup stage, the reasons of its faults were analyzed; the important significance of executing related regulations was expounded; and the preventive measures for enhancing the technical management and institution management were put forward.
