Treatment of leakage points of bypass flue in wet flue gas desulphurization system under the condition of it′s without sut up gasgas heater

Abstract

Abstract: The reasons of leakage of bypass gas flue in the WFGD system without GGH of Hebei Datang International Wangtan Power Generation Company Limited were analyzed. The operation conditions of the bypass gas flue in WFGD system were introduced. According to the requirement of anticorrosion, three anticorrosion schemes were put forward and compared, and an optimal scheme was obtained finally. After the unit had been reformed, the water leakage of the gas flue was eliminated completely. 
