Abstract: After the boiler No.3 of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Corporation Limited was put into operation in 2006, the heat deviation existed between the left and right tube walls of the heating surface, which easily causes the overtemperature in tube walls; and tube cracking accident had happened repeatedly. The reasons of boiler combustion heat deviation and steam temperature deviation were found; the reasonable reformation scheme and operation and adjustment measures were drawn up. The feasibility of reformation scheme and the measures was demonstrated by the test data. The scheme and measures were put into practical use successfully. 
