Abstract: The main performance indexes of the NiCrTi antisulphur corrosion spray painting materials 45CT and PS45 were tested and analyzed. The results show that the chemical compositions of 45CT and PS45 are alike, and the microstructure morphologies of the coatings prepared by 45CT and PS45 are similar. The corrosion weight gain experiment was carried out for the two coatings; and the dense Cr2O3 and Cr2NiO4 structure was formed on the corroded coating surface, which has excellent hightemperature sulphur corrosion resistant capability.
