Abstract:

The voice alarm system is not installed in upper computer of PLC of Sichuan Guang’an Power Generation Company Limited. Due to that there are much

posts and operation screens but there are little operators, some acid leakage and alkali leakage faults can not be found timely. By using of excel software,

a sound and light alarm system for the chemical auxiliary machines was produced. Then one operator can keep watch on own post and others posts and can give

alarms, and the operation reliability was increased.
