Abstract:
The early domestic 300MW impulse steam turbine has poor economical efficiency and hidden safety troubles; so it is necessary to reform its flow
passage to overcome its defects. Using the threedimensional thermal design technology, the flow passage of the turbine in a power plant was reformed. After
the reformation, the heat consumption, the safety function and other indexes of the unit achieve or close to the designed value. The result of this paper
provides reference for reformation of flow passage of similar units.
