Abstract: The bottleneck encountered in popularization of solar energy utilization was analyzed. A solution based on leasing and power costrepaying mode was proposed. Combining with practical examples, the economic rationality of the solution was analyzed. The problems may occur in the application of the mode were improved. The development prospect of the mode was forecasted.
