Reason analysis and treatment of abnormal vibration of circulating water pump

Abstract

Abstract:

The abnormal vibration occurred in operation of circulating water pump of Anhui Chizhou Jiuhua Power Generation Company Limited was introduced.

Based on the overhaul of the pump multiple times, the reasons of frequent vibration of the circulating water pump were analyzed. According to the analysis

result, the pump had been reformed and upgraded completely and technically by the Changsha Pump Works Company Limited; the vibration of the circulating water

pump in long time was eliminated thoroughly; and the economic benefit of the power plant was improved obviously.
