Analysis about influence of steel ball amount loaded in mill on pulverizing system of unit

Abstract: In order to reduce the house service consumption rate of a power plant and to increase the reliability of the coal mill, combining with the experiences of other power plants, the operation of the coal mill was analyzed; and the influences of the optimal steel ball amount loaded in coal mill on the pulverizing system of the unit were expounded. By adjustment of the steel ball amount loaded in the coal mill, the power consumption of the unit was reduced, and the economical efficiency of the unit operation was improved.
