Reasons analysis and treatment of operation vibration and abnormal noise of hydraulic turbine in Fenghai Hydropower Station

Abstract

Abstract: In the installation and debugging processes of the bulb tubular turbine generator set of the Fenghai Hydropower Station, the phenomena of abnormal vibration and larger noise appeared. According to the analysis of the fault of this type unit and field test data, the reasons of the vibration were found. The vibration source of the unit was determined and treated, and the vibration had been eliminated thoroughly.
