Analysis on reasons of air leakage of HP1103 medium speed mill external air sealing device and countermeasures

Abstract

Abstract: The reasons of air leakage of HP1103 medium speed mill external air sealing device of 600MW unit (No.9) in Qinghe Power Plant project phase I were analyzed. By installation of the compound rubber sealing additionally, the external air sealing device of the mill was reformed. After the reformation, the reliability and the operation economic efficiency of the mill were improved, and the site environment was ameliorated greatly.
