Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:Due to the extreme rain and snow weather occurred at the winter of 2012, three of four 500kV output transmission lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited tripped successively. Aiming at the probable accident of all four 500kV output lines tripping, the black start measures of units of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited were proposed so as to ensure safety of the unit equipments.
