Analysis on reason of fault of boiler intelligent remote I/O device in DCS and reformation measures

Abstract

Abstract: The reasons of fault of boiler intelligent remote I/O device in DCS were analyzed. Some measures were adopted to reform the network structure of DCS. After the reformation, the metal temperature display of intelligent remote I/O device in DCS became normal, and the fault did not occur again.
