Abstract: The stackerreclaimer in circular stockyard is a kind of large, continuous, efficient, and environmental friendly handling equipment, which is widely used for storage and transshipment in coal mines, power plants, ports and so on. The most important part of stackerreclaimer is the column. The column not only carries the body weight of the stackerreclaimer, but also is the foundation to rotate the upper stocker and the lower reclaimer. The characteristics of the column are large loading, complex structure and high machining accuracy. The column is the key to the production of the stackerreclaimer. Main components of the column was analysis, the details of controlling of production process was analysis,and lays the foundation for the smooth operation of the stackerreclaimer was summaried.
