Abstract:
Abstract:The characteristics and working principle of the F-C switch circuit constituted by highvoltage currentlimited fuse and highvoltage vacuum contactor were introduced. Taking the fuse fault of F-C switch circuit of a highvoltage motor in coal conveying belt system of a power plant as example, according to analysis, it was determined that the fault reason is poor fault signal transmission between F-C switch circuit protection device and upper computer of DCS , which caused the belt motor current overload accident. Concrete treatment measures were put forward, and the safe operation of the equipment was ensured.
