Treatment of defect of steel grit adhering on inner wall of tubes of boiler water wall

Abstract:A lot of steel grit adhering on inner wall of tubes of boiler water wall was found during construction period of a thermal power project, which is a hidden trouble for the boiler safe operation. The reasons of the steel grit forming were analyzed. Some effective measures were adopted, and the problem of steel grit adhesion on the inner wall of tubes of the boiler water wall was solved thoroughly.
