Analysis on reasons of sealing oil leakage into generator and preventive measures

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In a minor overhaul of the 2×600MW supercritical unit of Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Company Limited, some oil stains had been found on the surfaces of the stator and the rotor of the generator, and it was determined that there is little sealing oil leaking into generator. The system operation and the reasons of sealing oil leakage into generator were analyzed. Some countermeasures were adopted in installation and operation of the generator, and the problem of oil leakage into generator was eradicated completely.
