Abstract: Abstract:The background of the topic “Innovative management action for ensuring new facilities can be put into operation successfully” in the Anhui Xiangshuijian Pumped Storage Power Station of State Grid was introduced. The management features and the innovation points were analyzed. The implementation steps of the innovative management of the first domestic pumped storage power station during commissioning period were expounded. After the innovative management was implemented, four units of the power station were put into operation successfully and ahead of time, and the startup success rate of the power generation units and the water pumps is 98%.
