Reformation of balancing device of car puller

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In Sichuan Guang’an Power Generation Company Limited, the big arm of the car puller for the car dumper did not can lift up to designated place at shorter or longer intervals, which influenced on the train receiving and unloading. According to the balance principle of the car puller big arm in rising and falling process, the balancing oil cylinder had been replaced by a mechanical balancing weight. The improper lifting motion of the car puller big arm was overcome thoroughly, and the equipment operates more reliably.
