Analysis on vibration of deaerator in startingup initial stage and eliminating method

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In the 670MW unit of a power generation company, the deaerator vibration phenomenon occurred several times during startingup initial stage of the deaerator. The vibration damaged the deaerator base and caused some cracks in the base, which not only influences on the equipment safety seriously, but also influences the startup speed of the whole unit. Aiming at this phenomenon, the site situation was investigated; the reason of the vibration was analyzed; the solution was proposed; and the vibration had been eliminated ultimately.
