Analysis on heating surface leakage of “four pipes” of boiler and preventive measures

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The leakage statistics of “four pipes” of HG-1021/18.2-YM4 type boiler and HG-1795/26.15-YM1 type boiler in Liaoning Huadian Tieling Power Generation Company Limited were given. Various factors causing leakage of “four pipes” and the development trend of the health of heating surfaces were analyzed. The concrete measures to prevent the leakage of “four pipes” were proposed.
