Requirement of water quality for hydrostatic test of secondary loop of unit No.1 in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant and water treatment method

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The target of hydrostatic test of nuclear power plant secondary loop is to verify the tightness of secondary side tube sheet of the steam generator and the pressure resistance of related system. The quality and temperature of the water used in hydrostatic test must satisfy strict requirements. The hydrostatic test items of secondary loop of unit No.1 in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant and the requirements of the testused water were introduced. The water quality adjustment measures were discussed. The testused water preparing process was proposed, and the water prepared by above process can satisfy the requirement of the hydrostatic test fully.
