Reformation of carbon seal of mediumspeed roller mill

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In order to improve the sealing effect of carbon seal ring of the mediumspeed roller mill, the structure and the working principle of the carbon seal of ZGM133G mediumspeed roller mill were studied, and an experimental reformation of the carbon seal was carried out. As a try, a new axial seal mode was adopted. From the structure feature, the daily maintenance, the use effect and other aspects, the new seal was compared with the original carbon seal. The reformed seal operates well and brings obvious economic benefit, which can be used as reference for selection and improvement of carbon seal of mediumspeed mills.
