Abstract: Abstract:The deficiencies of the indoor intelligent substation in realization of assembly type construction were pointed out. The production construction mode of combined secondary equipment is proposed. The integrated grounding scheme of the secondary equipotential grounding network and the main grounding network in combined secondary equipment is introduced. The mechanical analysis for hoisting loading of combined secondary equipment was carried out, and the reliability of the equipment intensity was verified from both stress and deformation. The prefab optical cable with double prefabricated ends is adopted to replace the traditional site welding process. The prefab electric cable with double prefabricated ends is adopted to replace the traditional site stripping and crimping process. The efficiency of site wiring was improved greatly, and the plugand play of secondary equipment was realized.
