Reformation of soot blower control system of desulphurization GGH in 600MW unit

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The soot blower of desulphurization GGH in the 600MW unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant is controlled by PLC, and the operators can not determine the device faults quickly. The local PLC and the position coder were eliminated, and according to the GGH soot blowing process flow block diagram, the new control logic was designed in DCS. Then the soot blower is controlled by DCS, which provides convenience for operators and thermotechnical personnel in operation, monitoring and maintenance of the system.
