Abstract: Abstract:In Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant, the copper pipe of the condenser leaked frequently, and the condenser backpressure was increased. Aiming at above problems, according to the comparison, the reformation scheme of tube bundle displacement was selected. The features of the Tepee tube bank and the concrete reformation items were introduced. The contrast test of the performances before and after reformation shows that the problems of larger condensate hardness and higher condenser backpressure were solved effectively. After the condenser had been remodeled, obvious economic benefit was obtained, the investment payoff period is only 1.79 years, and the reliability of the equipment operation was improved greatly.
