Abstract: Abstract:There were several problems in operation of the 600MW unit of Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Corporation Limited, which include that the maximum deviation of the primary air velocity is larger, the deviation of the two side temperature and two side oxygen content of the air preheater are larger, the fineness of pulverized coal is more coarse, and the power consumption for coal pulverization is higher. Aiming at above problems, several experiments were carried out, which include the primary air velocity balance adjustment, the adjustment of baffle opening of the splitter, the loading force changing experiment, the output changing experiment and the air flux changing experiment. According to the experimental results, the unit operation parameters were optimized and adjusted. The equilibrium of the coalair ratio of the mills and the fineness of pulverized coal were improved. The power consumption for coal pulverizing was reduced. The economic efficiency and safety of the unit were raised.
