Analysis on reasons of fracture failure of main shaft of bucketwheel stackerreclaimer

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In the coal handling system of Inner Mongolia Datang Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited, an accident of main shaft fracture of the bucketwheel stackerreclaimer occurred suddenly. After urgent repairs, the accident had been controlled in minimum margin. Combining with site actual situation, the reasons of the main shaft fracture accident were analyzed in detail. The analysis result is useful for preventing similar accident.
