Analysis on reasons of vibration of circulating water pump twospeed motor of 1000MW unit and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The YKSL3650-16/2600 type circulating water pump motor of a domestic 1000MW unit was reformed into twospeed motor. After the reformation, the larger vibration occurred in stator part of the motor. According to diagnosis, it was determined that the reason of the vibration is 100Hz resonance. Some methods were used to reduce the unbalance of the magnetic potential, and the vibration problem of the motor was solved.
