Application for the mixing cols blast air technology of coal pulverizing systemin 330 MW coal fired boiler

Abstract:A certain power plant’s exhaust gas temperature of 330 MW boiler is much higher than designed.To lower the temperature,this paper brings up a retrofit scheme through mixing cold blast air technology of coal pulverizing system.This paper first introduces the principle of this technology and comparatively analyses it against low pressure economizer technology,then depicts the characteristics of mixing cold blast air technology,which are light wear,low investment,high quality of heat reclaims,etc.Matters that need attention are also discussed in the end if putting into operation.The exhaust gas temperature dropped 10～15℃ after transformation,which can be considered as remarkable effect of energy saving.
