Abstract:
Abstract:This paper introduces the design features of 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler in Huadian Laizhou Power Generation Company Limited.Tests on bottom air leakage,coal blending and oxygen content are conducted to optimize combustion and improve the economy of boiler operation.Based on the testing results,optimized air distribution,balanced oxygen content in furnace outlet and significantly improved local hypoxia problem are achieved through refining the operating mode.Furthermore,the operating mode is fully optimized that provides an effective protection for boiler safe and economic operation.
