The modification and application of low pressure cylinder combined seals of 600 MW steam turbine

Abstract:The vacuum tightness not qualified and the comb type shaft seal wearing badly for a long time result in the low cylinder running at the low pressure,which made the comb type shaft seal wear badly and the shaft gap enlarge seriously in radial direction.Taken the No.2 supercritical power unit for example,the combined shape shaft of the low end of the low pressure cylinder are related.The shaft clearances the installation procedure,data control and installation steps were summarized.After the optimization,the vacuum degree of the power unit reaches
the good value of the national standard.The economic and safety of the power unit also is improved.
