Optimal design for coal sampling device through train handling

Abstract

Abstract:According to the problem cause by coal sampling device for QCZ-I train handling,this paper introduced a new method to handle this problem.This upgraded device was introduced from its overall structure,big and small car system,sampling system,and sample preparation system and its mechanical structure optimization.Practice shows that stability and reliability of this sampling device has been increased a lot.Also,this device provide accurate basis for monitoring coal quality.
