Hydrophobic optimization of cylinder body of G6.6-0.78 type boiler feed water pump turbine

Abstract:Taking the second stage project of Datang Luoyang Shouyangshan Power Generation Company Limited.as an example,this paper discussed the water over standard phenomenon of lubricating oil in the G6.6-0.78 type boiler feed water pump turbine firstly.After that,it analyzed the leakage reason of front shaft seal and solved the problem through optimizing the hydrophobic mode of cylinder body and pipe from front shaft seal to the fifth low pressure stage,which improved the security and economy of equipment operation.
